SnC have been great communicators even including important printed information any bonsai enthusiast should have plus a free little misting bottle. I will definitely be stalking their store until the end of time. By the way, there's moss in my pot! This makes me irrationally happy!

High price for a bonsai that's just not very attractive or well sculpted. Not sure why it didn't look as good in person, but I guess I should've used better judgement.
We offered to fully refund them and pay for return shipping which they did not respond to us. Also, they received the bonsai pictured which was a very nice bonsai. In addition, we included (in their original order at no extra charge) a new bonsai pot, humidity tray with gravel as the pot the tree was in was a simple disposable training pot.
